For the Brownie Layer:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
For the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
For the Topping:
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Layer: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, melted butter, cocoa powder, and eggs. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish.
- Make the Graham Cracker Crust: In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pie dish on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake: Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the brownie is set. Remove from the oven.
- Add the Topping: Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the baked brownie pie. Return the pie to the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.
