  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Ranch Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
