  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded smoked gouda
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Topping:

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the Macaroni: Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
