1pound elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4cup all-purpose flour
4cups whole milk
1cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1cup shredded smoked gouda
1cup shredded mozzarella
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
Topping:
1cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Cook the Macaroni: Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cheese Sauce: In a large saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour to create a roux. Slowly whisk in milk and heavy cream. Add mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheeses until smooth. Combine with cooked pasta.
