Ingredients

Plum Tomatoes:

2 pounds plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise,

Olive Oil Mixture:

2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme,

Additional:

3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced, Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  2. Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Prepare Tomatoes:
  4. Arrange the halved tomatoes cut side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs. Add garlic between tomatoes.
