  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara or tomato basil pasta sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 10 oz uncooked penne or rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook briefly. Drain excess fat and transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Cook on low for 4–5 hours.
  3. Add Creamy Mixture: 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese, heavy cream, and pasta. Cook on high until pasta is tender.
