Chicken:
2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
Veggies:
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Others:
1cup low-sodium chicken broth
6 hoagie rolls or sandwich buns
6 slices provolone cheese or mozzarella
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add Vegetables and Seasoning: Top with bell peppers, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and broth.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
