Gravy Mix:
1 packet (1 oz) dry chicken gravy mix
Ranch Seasoning:
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
Cream of Chicken Soup Mixture:
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Thickening Agent (Optional):
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Garnish:
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place the Chicken: Lay the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Prepare the Gravy Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine gravy mix, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, black pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the chicken.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
Shred the Chicken: Shred the cooked chicken using two forks. For a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and add to the slow cooker. Let it cook for an additional 15 minutes to thicken.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
