Cream of Chicken Soup Mixture:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Thickening Agent (Optional):

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Chicken: Lay the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Prepare the Gravy Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine gravy mix, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, black pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred the Chicken: Shred the cooked chicken using two forks. For a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and add to the slow cooker. Let it cook for an additional 15 minutes to thicken.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
