Chicken Alfredo:
1 1/2pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
3cups heavy cream
1cup chicken broth
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
To Serve:
12oz fettuccine, broken in half
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Place the Chicken: Put chicken in slow cooker, add cream, broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender. Shred chicken, return to slow cooker.
Add Cheese and Pasta: Mix in Parmesan and mozzarella. Add fettuccine, ensuring it’s covered in sauce. Cook on high for 30–40 minutes until pasta is tender.
Serve: Stir well, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Stir occasionally while pasta cooks to prevent sticking.
Optional: Substitute penne or rotini for fettuccine.
For added veggies, include steamed broccoli or peas.
