Chicken Alfredo:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

To Serve:

  • 12 oz fettuccine, broken in half
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the Chicken: Put chicken in slow cooker, add cream, broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir.
  2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender. Shred chicken, return to slow cooker.
  3. Add Cheese and Pasta: Mix in Parmesan and mozzarella. Add fettuccine, ensuring it’s covered in sauce. Cook on high for 30–40 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Serve: Stir well, garnish with parsley, and serve.
