  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups frozen diced potatoes or hash browns, thawed
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Bacon and Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned, then set aside.
