Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat wet ingredients: IIn a separate bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to beat.
Combine: Mix in the orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest, and lemon zest.
Combine wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Make the glaze: Whisk together the powdered sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice until smooth.
Glaze the cake: Once the cake has cooled for 10 minutes, drizzle the glaze over the top.
