Rice Noodles:

Sesame Oil:

1 tablespoon

Flank Steak:

1/2 pound thinly sliced against the grain

Large Shrimp:

1/2 pound peeled and deveined

Red Bell Pepper:

Snap Peas:

1 cup

Green Onions:

2, sliced

Garlic:

2 cloves, minced

Fresh Ginger:

1 teaspoon, grated

Teriyaki Sauce:

1/3 cup

Soy Sauce:

1 tablespoon

Brown Sugar:

1 tablespoon

Cornstarch Slurry:

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water

Sesame Seeds:

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat sesame oil in a skillet, cook steak slices until browned, then set aside.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque, then set aside with the steak.

  5. Prepare the Sauce: Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry. Pour into the skillet and simmer until thickened.
