Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp Mixture: In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, parsley, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the Shrimp Cakes: Using your hands, form the mixture into 6–8 small patties.
  3. Cook the Shrimp Cakes: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp cakes in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
