  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 pound scallops, chopped
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat (drained if canned)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

White Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles in salted water, then set aside.
  2. Cook Seafood: Sauté onion and garlic, add shrimp, scallops, crab, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  3. Make White Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, add milk and cream. Stir in Parmesan, lemon zest, and parsley.
