1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1/4cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
4cups all-purpose flour

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste
For the toppings:
2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
20–30 slices of pepperoni or your preferred toppings
Instructions
Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy. Add oil, salt, and flour. Mix and knead until smooth. Let rise.
Preheat and assemble: Preheat oven. Press dough into a greased sheet pan. Mix tomato sauce and seasonings. Spread sauce over dough. Add cheeses and toppings.
Bake: Bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
For an authentic cafeteria texture, avoid overbaking the crust.
Par-baking the crust for 5 minutes can result in a crisper base.
