Spinach-Feta Filling:

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill or oregano
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté onion: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
  3. Add garlic and spinach: Add the garlic and cook briefly. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
