8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2cup sour cream
1/2cup mayonnaise
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2pound ground pork sausage, browned and drained
4–5 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add in sausage, jalapeños, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture: Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
Add breadcrumb topping: Toss panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the dip.
Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with chips, crackers, or bread.
