Salmon Patties:
1 (14.75 oz) can salmon (drained, bones removed)
1/2cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley.
Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 6 patties, pressing firmly together.
Cook Patties: Fry patties in olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve warm with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or on a salad.
Notes
You can use fresh cooked salmon instead of canned.
