  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the gravy:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Shape into 8 meatballs.
  2. Cook the meatballs: Brown meatballs in olive oil in a skillet. Set aside.
