  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

Stuffing Topping:

  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for topping)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  3. Layer the casserole: Spread the mixture in the baking dish.
  4. Prepare the stuffing: Prepare the stuffing mix or moisten with hot water. Spoon it over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake: Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let it rest before serving.

Notes

  • Leftover turkey can be used instead of chicken.
  • Add shredded cheese before baking for a cheesy variation.
