4cups cooked rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1/2cup sour cream
1/2cup milk
1/2cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for topping)
Creamy Sauce:
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix the sauce: In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until smooth. Add chicken and vegetables.
Layer the casserole: Spread the mixture in the baking dish.
Prepare the stuffing: Prepare the stuffing mix or moisten with hot water. Spoon it over the chicken mixture.
Bake: Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let it rest before serving.
Notes
Leftover turkey can be used instead of chicken.
Add shredded cheese before baking for a cheesy variation.
