  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Stuffing Topping:

  • 1 (6-ounce) box stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, broth, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread in baking dish.
  3. Prepare Stuffing: Prepare stuffing mix as per package instructions. Fluff with a fork and spread over the chicken mixture.
