1 head garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Dip:
1pound ground beef
8ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2cup sour cream
1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons hot honey, plus more for drizzling
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Roast the garlic: Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 to 35 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Cook the ground beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain excess grease, and set aside.
Prepare the garlic paste: Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a bowl, mash into a paste.
Mix the dip: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the roasted garlic paste until smooth. Fold in cooked ground beef, half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake the dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
