Creamy Base:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup chopped corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Rye bread or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Dip: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm with rye bread, crackers, or pita chips.
