Sauce:
1cup pineapple juice
1/2cup rice vinegar
1/2cup brown sugar
1/3cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Cornstarch Slurry:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the pineapple juice, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Whisk together and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and cold water until smooth, then slowly pour it into the sauce while stirring.
