  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cornstarch Slurry:

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the pineapple juice, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Whisk together and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
