  • 6 ounces baby spinach
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound scallops or chopped cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook Ravioli: Cook ravioli according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
