  • 1 package (12) mini tartlet shells (pre-baked)

White Chocolate Filling:

  • 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp raspberry jam (optional for glaze)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt White Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate and heavy cream together over a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Fold in melted white chocolate mixture until fully combined.
  3. Fill Tartlet Shells: Spoon or pipe the filling into pre-baked tartlet shells. Top each tartlet with fresh raspberries.
  4. Optional Glaze: If desired, warm raspberry jam slightly and brush over berries for a glossy finish.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with mint leaves if using. Chill tartlets for at least 30 minutes before serving.
