Rack of Lamb:
1 rack of lamb (about 1.5 to 2 pounds), trimmed and frenched
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)
Fig Sauce:
1cup dried figs (halved)
1/2cup red wine
1/4cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Season the lamb: Rub the lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
