- Prep the Pan: Coat an 8×4 inch baking pan with non-stick spray to ensure the treats don’t stick. Set the pan aside for later use.
- Melt and Mix: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter gently. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add Quinoa Pops: Remove the saucepan from heat immediately. Quickly stir in the quinoa pops until they are evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture, ensuring every pop is covered for maximum flavor and binding.
- Shape the Treats: Pour the sticky mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a rubber spatula to press and flatten the mixture evenly into the pan. If desired, sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles to add a festive touch and extra sweetness.
- Cool and Slice: Allow the mixture to cool completely at room temperature to set firmly. Once cooled, use a serrated knife to cut the treats into 8 equal squares for easy serving.
