Ingredients for Quick Mango Puree:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup water

Ingredients for Iced Tea:

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Mango Puree: In a blender, combine diced mangoes and water. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Iced Tea: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
  3. Combine Mango Puree and Tea: In a pitcher, mix the brewed tea with the mango puree. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mango iced tea over the ice. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
