  • 1/2 cup green beans (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz pancit bihon (rice noodles)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil: Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Cook the chicken: Add shredded chicken and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables: Toss in carrots, green beans, and cabbage; cook until tender.
  4. Season: Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Simmer gently.
  5. Cook the noodles: Add bihon noodles, toss to coat and soften. Cook until tender.
  6. Season and serve: Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
