  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
