Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggs: Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Shape Cookies: Roll dough into 1-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet, and flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  6. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
