  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  4. Blend wet and dry mixes: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Pour batter into the pan.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
