1/2cup natural peanut butter
1/4cup coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted
1/3cup maple syrup or honey
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
1/2cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2cup chocolate protein powder
1/4cup almond flour
1/4cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, protein powder, and almond flour until a thick batter forms. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
Bake: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes until set. Cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
For extra peanut butter flavor, swirl 1–2 tablespoons of peanut butter on top before baking.
Store leftovers in the fridge for a firmer, fudgier texture.
