  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Center:

  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix egg, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
  4. Grease a ramekin, layer batter and chocolate in the center, cover with remaining batter.
  5. Microwave for 30–45 seconds until set but soft in the center.
  6. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

  • Experiment with different flavors of protein powder.
  • Adjust microwave time for desired consistency.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes if preferred.
