  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour or oat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • optional: splash of vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1 square dark chocolate (about 0.5 oz)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Batter: In a small microwave-safe ramekin, combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Layer Batter: Spoon half the batter into the ramekin, place dark chocolate square, cover with remaining batter.
  3. Microwave: Cook on high for 40–50 seconds until edges set and center is slightly soft. Let sit for 1 minute before serving.
