Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the eggs, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Notes

  • For fudgier brownies, slightly underbake and let them set while cooling.
  • You can substitute almond flour with oat flour for a different texture.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
