Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios over the top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint if using.
  6. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
