Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
- Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios over the top.
- Garnish with fresh mint if using.
- Serve with pita chips or crackers.
