These Pizza Rollups are a fun and easy twist on traditional pizza, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer. Flaky crescent roll dough is filled with gooey cheese, savory pepperoni, and zesty sauce, then baked until golden and delicious.

Ingredients

Crescent Roll Dough:

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)

Pizza Sauce:

1/2 cup

Mozzarella Cheese:

1 cup shredded

Pepperoni:

1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped regular pepperoni

Italian Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon

Parmesan Cheese:

1 tablespoon grated

Optional for Brushing:

Olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Prepare the Dough:
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Spread pizza sauce on each triangle, add mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.

  5. Roll the Dough:
  6. Roll each triangle from wide end to tip and place on baking sheet. Optionally, brush with oil, sprinkle with Parmesan.

  7. Bake:
