These Pizza Rollups are a fun and easy twist on traditional pizza, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer. Flaky crescent roll dough is filled with gooey cheese, savory pepperoni, and zesty sauce, then baked until golden and delicious.
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
1/2 cup
1 cup shredded
1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped regular pepperoni
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon grated
Olive oil or melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Spread pizza sauce on each triangle, add mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
Roll each triangle from wide end to tip and place on baking sheet. Optionally, brush with oil, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese melts. Cool slightly before serving.
