Cake:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (for glaze)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. Mix cake batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, 1 cup pineapple juice, and oil. Mix until smooth.
