  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container whipped topping (8 oz), thawed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz), well drained

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Creamy Pineapple Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and softened butter together until smooth and creamy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully incorporated. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Assembly: Spread the pineapple cream mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set. Slice and serve chilled.
