4 medium sweet potatoes (washed and scrubbed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Prick each sweet potato several times with a fork. Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with salt.
Bake: Place sweet potatoes on the baking sheet. Bake for 45–60 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
Serve: Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice open, and fluff the insides with a fork. Serve with desired toppings.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, bake directly on oven rack with a sheet pan below.
