Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Prick each sweet potato several times with a fork. Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake: Place sweet potatoes on the baking sheet. Bake for 45–60 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
