Peanut Butter Protein Bars:

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter and honey until smooth and melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: Add oats, protein powder, and salt to the peanut butter mixture. Mix until fully combined.
