1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
1cup light brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2cup creamy peanut butter
1cup all-purpose flour

Chocolate Swirl:
1/3cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter, stirring until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in the flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
Prepare Chocolate Swirl: Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and swirl over the blondie batter.
Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until set. Cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
