Banana:

1 medium (sliced)

Chia Seeds:

1 tablespoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl or large jar, mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and salt until well combined. Fold in banana slices.
  2. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
