1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
1/2cup unsalted butter (softened)
4ounces cream cheese (softened)
3/4cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4cup milk
Additional Ingredients:
1 1/2cups fresh or canned peaches (diced and well-drained)
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Prepare Wet Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix in vanilla extract.
Combine Ingredients: Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Toss diced peaches with 1 tablespoon flour, then gently fold into the batter.
Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
If using canned peaches, pat them dry to avoid excess moisture.
Add a simple glaze with powdered sugar and milk if desired.
