Peach Pie Cruffins

Peach Pie Cruffins are a delightful fusion of croissants and muffins, filled with sweet peach pie filling and baked to golden perfection. These flaky, fruity pastries are perfect for brunch or dessert.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves or pie filling
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out the folds.
  3. Spread peach preserves evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon, sugar, and chopped pecans over the peach layer.
  5. Cut the pastry into 3 long strips, then roll each strip into a tight coil and place into muffin tin cavities.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute the peach filling with any fruit preserves of your choice.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
