  • 1/2 cup diced fresh or canned peaches (drained if canned)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a standard 6-cup muffin tin.
  2. Roll Out Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a thin rectangle, about 10×12 inches.
  3. Add Fillings: Spread the peach preserves, sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and diced peaches.
