  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries
  • Additional:

  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Coarse sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into rectangles, and score a border. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture on each rectangle.
