Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic White Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
