For the Lasagna:

  • 1 pound lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for a minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a layer of garlic cream sauce. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles, bacon, mozzarella, and ricotta. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and Parmesan. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake: Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
