2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1cup milk
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Lasagna:
1pound lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
1pound bacon, cooked until crisp
2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1cup ricotta cheese
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for a minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a layer of garlic cream sauce. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles, bacon, mozzarella, and ricotta. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and Parmesan. Cover with foil.
Bake: Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve: Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
